Hi, I’m Kim, a wife and mother to two teenagers, living happily by the beach in northeast Florida. I love spending time with my family, traveling, running on the beaches and trails, eating delicious foods, reading, working out with friends, being a soccer mom, playing with my golden retriever, and attending yoga classes. I especially love spending time in the forests of North Carolina and visit there often.  

I grew up in Jacksonville with my parents, two older sisters, and a variety of cats. When I was little, I loved soccer, playing outdoors, riding my bike, making up dance routines with my sister, running in track meets, vacationing in the mountains, and all the festivities around birthdays and holidays with my family.  I have very sweet memories of my own childhood and am thankfully still close with my family.

When I had my own children, I wanted to document every little moment, knowing that I wouldn’t be able to remember it all. I had enjoyed photography my whole life, but it now became something that I depended upon to preserve our history. 

When my youngest was 3, I went back to work as a school counselor. While I enjoyed working with children and families, I followed my heart and decided that I would work with them in a way that not only brought me happiness, but also allowed me to give them the gift of memories.
